My son has autism and is a big fan of our local recycling business. They get on well with him and our local driver gave him one of their official protective shirts which he loves. Unfortunately it was too big for him, so I ordered him a smaller size without the logo from a security company. I found the logo online in JPG format, removed the white background in Photoshop and saved it as a PNG to keep the background clean. (The company doesn't sell logo merchandise, and they didn't mind, so there's no copyright issue here.) The biggest question I had when ordering carbon paper was whether the substrate was transparent or white. It was clear, which opens the door to using many colors! I pasted the logo into a blank Word document, flipped it horizontally to get a mirror image (important), printed it onto iron-on transfer paper, then followed the instructions that came with it. Turns out I pressed the iron for too long so upon closer inspection some of the shirt's color has oozed out. This is only an issue on textured fabrics like the shirt in the photos, but it won't show through on typical t-shirt material. We washed and dried it several times without peeling it.
