Wow! Simply amazing product and company with true old fashioned customer service. did the repairs myself and ended up saving between $700 and $1,000. I received 6 suggestions from plumbers to fix a leaking drain fitting in a fiberglass shower pan on the panel below. Each of them told me that the pan needed to be pulled out. Not so! Of course, my fitting was glued not only to the plate, but also to the 2" vertical pipe. This required the purchase of an internal clutch. and a Cobra PST 109 inner pipe cutter. Using the instructions provided, I was able to complete this repair with little difficulty despite the difficult installation.
