I sleep with my mouth closed otherwise I keep waking up because it opens. It also keeps me from dehydrating at night and waking up so dry I can barely swallow. So I use different types of tapes for sensitive skin. So far I've only found two ways that work and this is one of them. Aside from not causing any allergic reactions, it's also lined with small air holes to keep sweat from escaping and your skin from rotting underneath. I don't leave any traces either. You only need a tiny bit and although 3 rolls arrived I've been using the first roll every day for over a month and so far have hardly used any of the first roll so it's very economical. Removal can be a little tricky as it is a strong adhesive. While it never hurt, I definitely feel it more some days than others. The benefits are so great that I can definitely recommend it.
