This product has been very easy so far in managing our sales team's data from my desktop or phone! We love that it syncs across all devices which makes life easier than having multiple programs open at once (we have 2). The customer service support can sometimes be slow but we're working through this issue now as they've made some recent updates recently - just give them time :D I haven't found anything yet really dislike about using their software thusfar though there isn’t much room left when adding new contacts/emails etc., would suggest expanding your database more if possible :) It helps keep track of who needs what info / reminders sent out vs not needed anymore via emailing customers directly instead sending emails back & forth between myself + other colleagues within an office group helping manage tasks together rather then individually.
