Many of you who have a Radeon laptop will encounter USB-C port connectivity issues with this product. This is due to bad driver incompatibility with Connecting a monitor through port HDMI On the docking station. You receive the following error message: LoadLibrary failed with error 87, or LoadLibrary failed with error 126, or both. This happens randomly and with graphics intensive games that fail to load due to an error. After running the cleaners for the displaylink drivers, my graphics drivers and reinstalling the driver etc. I couldn't get it to work. Eventually I connected my HDMI directly to the laptop and had no more errors. This means that this dock is only useful for my USB connection and internet connection. This is too high a price to pay for the inability to control the monitor. I provide poor tech support as Wavelink is now owned by another company that does not have product support.
