Works on both my Mac and Windows requires

Works great. Exactly as advertised. I have an HP Elite Book with Windows 10, my wife has a MacBook Air and they both work great. Plug in a USBC cable and dual monitors, keyboard, mouse and webcam come to life. A great option for the office, where we can change places. The price was also better than others that can work with PC and MAC. Cons: 1) it doesn't charge laptops. (As described in the product) 2) MAC requires software to work. Great product for 2 60hz 4k monitors - I had to use 1 HDMI and 1 Display port

Product works fine after downloading windows 10 drivers. The two HDMI ports flashed once when touched. An HDMI and a display port work fine and now write on any one of three 4k monitors, including a laptop. My 4K monitors have both HDMI and DisplayPort, so that's not a problem. The 3-pin grounded power cord is short, as is the new 4k monitor cable, so I moved the power supply to the back of my 6" desk, which has more than enough room. Couldn't get it to work with two external monitors

I liked the design of the tower and the solid construction. It was exactly what I was looking for. Unfortunately, I couldn't get it to properly recognize two external monitors when the laptop is closed. No matter what settings I corrected, the external monitors turned off when I closed the laptop. Also, my Samsung Note 10 kept asking me to check the power source whenever I plugged it in to charge, no matter which USB port I chose. The only way to get tech support from this company is through…

The ideal solution for the home office with two Plus monitors.

Plus refers to streaming content such as Prime Video and other non-office work applications. The product itself was delivered a day earlier than promised. Not worth the price Issue with all Displaylink drivers

Many of you who have a Radeon laptop will encounter USB-C port connectivity issues with this product. This is due to bad driver incompatibility with Connecting a monitor through port HDMI On the docking station. You receive the following error message: LoadLibrary failed with error 87, or LoadLibrary failed with error 126, or both.
