I liked the design of the tower and the solid construction. It was exactly what I was looking for. Unfortunately, I couldn't get it to properly recognize two external monitors when the laptop is closed. No matter what settings I corrected, the external monitors turned off when I closed the laptop. Also, my Samsung Note 10 kept asking me to check the power source whenever I plugged it in to charge, no matter which USB port I chose. The only way to get tech support from this company is through Facebook, and every YouTube video on the setup shows that they plug everything in and everything works with no issues. This one is back. If you want a plug and play option, this may not be for you. Not everyone is a tech guru.
