Product works fine after downloading windows 10 drivers. The two HDMI ports flashed once when touched. An HDMI and a display port work fine and now write on any one of three 4k monitors, including a laptop. My 4K monitors have both HDMI and DisplayPort, so that's not a problem. The 3-pin grounded power cord is short, as is the new 4k monitor cable, so I moved the power supply to the back of my 6" desk, which has more than enough room. My work laptop won't allow most installations, including drivers, so I can't try the dock. It didn't work right away on a Dell with Windows 10. All in all I got what I wanted and the price was a few tens of dollars less than the laptop brand. All I wanted was support for two external 32" 4k monitors as they don't support daisy chaining with the new round of lower monitor prices really surprisingly increasing the cost of the docking station. My laptop's HDMI port can support a third external 4k monitor.
