Updated 9/2/21 Below is my original review when I first purchased this product. I have ordered many refills for this product and have been happy until recently. That last bar pack is so skinny! It's actually almost painful to use and the weird taste is back. The taste of dental floss really tastes like chemicals! I'm actually considering not using it because it tastes so bad and makes me wonder what the heck I'm actually putting in my mouth. That's a real bummer for me too because I really liked what this company has achieved. If they can't guarantee me and prove they fixed it, I won't buy from them again. I love this thread! I wasn't a big flosser before I got this. I think it's great that we're not throwing away plastic containers anymore. My husband flosses his teeth every morning and he likes it too. It has a really weird taste resembling a chemical taste in some parts of the yarn, but that's the only downside I've found so far. I really like the metal container.
