COANJIUO Compatible with iPhone 12 Pro Max (6.7 inch) Case Shockproof TPU Protective Case with 360° View Here is the first part of my review when I was very upset and this 1 Stern gave : I spent at least an hour opening this case to install my phone. I CAN NOT UNDERSTAND THIS. The case should open easily, but no matter what and no matter how I try, I can't figure it out. Durable but if I can't get it on my phone then the case is useless Maybe someone will correct me and tell me how to do it but after removing the protective film and following the instructions on this page I can get these two parts Do not disconnect. I have Lifeproof and there is an insert that opens easily while appearing sealed on all sides. I GIVE UP. Nothing should be that difficult. Two hours later: After another hour of struggling, I finally opened the case and installed it. THAT HEAVY THE SUSPENSION HAS TO BE. HERE IS THE KEY TO OPEN THE CASE: There is a tiny ledge on the front/top of the case - run your fingernail across the top and push OUT, not down, until it separates and work your way then around by pressing down and on the same time. The crack in the case is right around the front of the case, not in the middle. Then it connects easily. After two hours and 5 seconds: Ok, I am very satisfied with this case. I feel like it offers all the protection of a LifeProof case except that it is NOT waterproof. It looks clean and the back design is really edgy, but I wish the colors were a little brighter. The iridescent crystal effect looks like it is underwater and is very muted, like an opal that has not been fully polished. All buttons work properly and the edges allow access to the entire screen. The volume buttons are fully functional and the mute button is exposed. There is a bevel around the camera for added protection. The screen protector does not affect any of the touch functions. All charging ports are easily accessible, and the case works great with both Apple's MagSafe charger and regular Qi charger.
