The Great Mousetrap I've ever Used

I've had a problem with mice in my garage for awhile now and didn't want to go with a trap that killed them. I bought this mousetrap, attached it to my bucket and put some feed inside of it. After a single day, I caught half a dozen mice! Just make sure that you have some bait on the underside of the yellow bucket lid. That way, the mice will walk towards the plank and fall into the bucket. I used peanut butter and it worked marvelously. There is no mousetrap on the market that's as simple and…

Pros
  • Liked simplicity of it, using it to catch mice in barn.
Cons
  • The bucket may overflow with trapped rodents and cause a potential hygiene issue

Make sure to buy from this seller

This is a great trap, we already happily caught our intruder and set them free. Everything worked well as promised and the build quality is very nice.Make sure to buy from this seller on Walmart. Lots of copycats that stole the idea and produce a lesser product!

Pros
  • Easy To Use: Only snap it onto a standard-sized 5 gallon bucket mouse trap and boom your catching mice and rats. No more having to dispose of dirty mice from glue or snap trap can potentially infect you with a deadly disease. Now simply release/dispose of the mice without getting close to the mess.
Cons
  • May not be effective for larger rodents like squirrels or raccoons

This device works!: my feedback

I love this device. We have chickens and cats and the mice over run the chicken pen.the cats are not able to get inside the chicken pen. We did not want to put poison out. So we tried these traps. the first evening we caught 4 the second evening we caught 4 again. We did not put water in the bucket.Just pnut butter on the inside where the instructions say and bird seed in the bucket. Ithen relocated the mice to an unpopulated area in the country so the raptors, snakes and other creatures that…

Pros
  • Bucket Mouse Trap: Our bucket lid mouse trap is not a one-and-done throwaway product. You can use our bucket lid mouse trap repeatedly without having to toss them out.
Cons
  • The trap may not fit well in certain areas of the home or yard

Works great, easy to set up.

This item works perfectly. I caught two mice in my attic the first night I put it out. Very glad I didn't purchase a cheaper knock off. Fits right on to a Lowes bucket (or similar). Is easy to bait and clean.

Pros
  • Available In Multiple Locations: The rat traps bucket are widely used indoor, outdoor, kitchen-living room garden and other places can set. Also this kind of mouse trap can be used as a mouse traps indoor in the garden or a mouse trap for indoor work.
Cons
  • Could attract unwanted attention from neighbors or people passing by

Works. Works Good. for my opinion

Love that it's easy to clean.Just a little peanut butter draws them in. It's perfectly weighted so once they're on the flip part of the lid it's all over and down they go.I appreciate that you can use it as your preference of either a kill or no-kill trap. Buy American. Get one if you have a mouse or rat problem.

Pros
  • Easy to set up and very durable. Caught 14 mice at the first night. Over 50 mice in 30 days.
Cons
  • May not be effective against all types of rodents

Quality item, works great!

After getting one to try it, we were sold and ordered two more. As long as you keep the peanut butter fresh it will keep attracting and trapping rodents.

Pros
  • Best mouse trap ever
Cons
  • Rodents may become injured in the trap, causing an inhumane death

Works Great for Live Trapping

This is a great mouse trap for live trapping mice. It's very humane. I have mice in my garage but I don't want to kill them. I trapped two mice and was able to relocate them to the wilderness. The trap easily snaps on to a standard 5 gallon pail.

Pros
  • This is the best trap I have ever used. It takes seconds to assemble. The first day of use I had 6 mice!
Cons
  • The trap may require frequent cleaning and maintenance

This works! for my opinion

Put this in the chicken house for 2 days after it arrived and caught 8 mice so far. Cat and chicken friendly. Much more efficient and easier to use than snap type mouse traps.

Pros
  • This is great. Catches mice 24 hours a day
Cons
  • The cost of multiple traps may add up quickly

Very effective! for my opinion

I have been battling mice in my house for several years, preferring to catch and release. It has been up and down, but recently they have been increasing in the build up for winter. I got this lid trap two days ago. The first night, I put the lid and ramp on the floor with some sunflower seed and smears of peanut butter here and there. This was all eaten in the morning. Last night, I set up the bucket, a tall 5 gal., with the ramp on a small cardboard box because it didn't reach the floor. I…

Pros
  • Patio, Lawn & Garden
Cons
  • The trap may not be as discreet as other pest control methods

Record breaking Mouse trap on the market!

This trap is great. I recommend putting in your five gallon bucket with a large glass planter jar. Then fill the bucket with lots of seeds. DO NO ADD WATER YET! Wait a day to check and if you have mice then fill the bucket up with water this will drown them. Feed the wet meals to other wild life. The glass planter jar will keep them from eating the plastic bucket. Smear peanut butter on the inside lid roof and stick with seeds.15 mice caught near my chickens!

Pros
  • The design of the trap with bucket lid and multiple entrances makes it highly effective in catching mice and rats quickly and efficiently, making it a top choice for homeowners seeking a reliable solution to their rodent problems
Cons
  • Could potentially harm non-target wildlife like birds or reptiles

Awesome design: my feedback

Got this based on a recommendation on Mousetrap Monday. Perfect design. We will see if it beats my homemade version using a paint roller.

Pros
  • Bucket Lid Mouse Trap: Automatically resets and holds upwards of 10 mice and 5+ medium-sized Rats. Unlike conventional mouse trap bucket lid which only catches 1 or 2. The test concluded that the multi-catch traps by almost 4x. 5 Gallon Bucket is NOT included
Cons
  • Lethal options may not align with the beliefs of some consumers

Photos don’t lie on my review.

From the time this was delivered at about 7pm until 7am today, I caught 10 mice. This trap is AMAZING! Dumped mice away from the house, and rinsed the remaining debris from the bucket before resetting. I’d rate at ten if that were an option.

Pros
  • Humane options: This trap provides both humane and lethal options, allowing homeowners to choose the method that aligns with their personal values and preferences. It also provides a sense of control over the situation, which can be a source of relief for those dealing with pesky rodents
Cons
  • The bucket lids may be easily knocked over, releasing the trapped rodents
