Advantages: + The openings at the bottom are easy to access because the top and bottom edges are open. .+ The holster clip has a ratchet so you can rotate the holster horizontally it will stay in that position ie. the holster does not swing freely. I don't know if that's an advantage for anyone, but I like it. Cons: - No built-in power and volume buttons. Instead, the case has cutouts, so pressing those buttons is a bit more difficult. - The kickstand is a nice feature but you need strong nails to open it. - It is very difficult to remove the case once you put it on. . The plastic is very hard, so nothing gives way. I haven't removed the cover yet.
