The support team at BIPASoftware are very helpful, they work with you until your questions/problems have been resolved in order solve them within 24hours (sometimes less). Support ticketing can be confusing sometimes where it seems as if some members do not care about replies from other users or just dont read what others say before replying themselves! I cant find one specific issue but i would recommend using apiFusion's services rather than another vendor that costs more - its so much better value when everything works perfectly well together! Integrating our payment gateway system into my own internal application has reduced time spent trying out new systems in comparison to dealing directly via webhooks etc which was taking ages too long to get working right firstly anyway. The ability of API Fuse to integrate with multiple APIs and services. I haven't found anything that would be disliked as there are many positives.
