My husband usually wears 3x Tall but we got a number based on the 'slim fit' description chosen larger. The "King" size list (or the O'Neill website) did not contain any sizing information. The King 4XL Tall was too big so we replaced it with the King 3XL Tall. I measured them and this is what came out (for chest measurement I measured and doubled the front of the shirt under the arms): 3XL (for comparison - not O'Neal and not fitted and not high): bust = 55 inches , length = 31.5 inches. King 3XL Tall (from O'Neill - this listing): Bust = 56" Length = 36.5".
