The first problem was my fault. I didn't know that the dimmer in incandescent bulbs can't be used on a dimmer switch. The lights flicker. That's why I moved them from the living room to the kitchen. With the app, it was amazing how easy it was to add them to a Wi-Fi network and group everything together. Adding them to Alexa was just as easy. I got lost there. First and most importantly, not all lightbulbs are turned on or off with a voice command. Sometimes I had to repeat the command 4 times because only one lightbulb would come on at a time. At other times it would have worked fine. Second, I wouldn't describe these bulbs as soft white or warm white - they have that garish, street-blue hue that CFLs have. Unfortunately, it took me too long and they are no longer returnable.
