High Quality Triathlon Tracksuit

Let me start by saying that I think Pearl Izumi makes some of the highest quality items. I've been triathlon for 8 seasons, they all wear the same Pearl Izumi triathlon shorts; I also have a few cycling items (shoes, jerseys, jerseys) that have all lasted me many seasons. FYI: I never wear my jersey in the pool, chlorine is very aggressive to these fabrics. Tracksuits are around $20, Hooters $100-$300, so do yourself a favor and buy a poolside tracksuit. This is my first season in a tri suit and I love it. As I've said in the past, I've worn triathlon shorts, some races with a wetsuit, most without. Haven't tried it but I'm sure it would work well under a wetsuit. The small size fits me very well at 5ft 7in and 140lbs - the fit is snug but not restrictive. I have to wiggle it a bit when I pull it over my shoulders, but once it's on it fits really well. No digging, no pressure points, no cramped movements, just pure comfort. Lining is thin and light but comfortable on a 20+ mile bike, never noticed it swimming or running, perfect. The zip opening is great. On the run when the temps rise, black never gets hot thanks to the In-R-Cool material, it really works. The pockets will feel small for those used to cycling jersey pockets, but they hold shot blocks or gu-packs good without creating resistance in the water The suit feels fast in the water, I don't know if it actually made me faster but I feel faster wearing it. I look forward to many great races with this upcoming race.
