The first one I bought was already registered to someone else so I returned. The second one was also but I did a factory reset and thought it was going to be fine. But NO. After having it for a couple months I saw pictures of strangers on the frame. What the heck?! I delayed the pics and the unknown user that had appeared. A couple of months after that I'm now unable to add pics to the frame because I've somehow been deleted. I am the only one who was to ever have controls or contribute to the frame. For the money I spent I shouldn't be having these problems. Makes me wonder who else can see the photos I've sent to it. Doesn't seem very secure with pictures. I just can't say enough based things about this thing. I bought another frame of another brand at the same time and have had zero issues with it so my conclusion is that it's just this company/this frame. DON'T BUY IT!
