Review on 🧀 Capabunga Cheese Vault: Superior Food Storage Box for Fresh Cheese, One Size, White by Summer Edwards

Not sure if I have a bad pad or what but it just doesn't work. I tried this with 3 semi-hard cheeses and all 3 started going moldy after 7-10 days. Stored in a ziplock bag or standard Tupperware container, these cheeses will typically keep for over 30 days. I suspect it's because the lid doesn't quite fit - since the vault is made of flexible rather than rigid silicone, it's not *perfectly perfect* rectangular, leaving the tiniest gap between the lid and the body of the vault. I had high hopes for this product - even if it didn't extend the life of my cheese beyond what I would get from a ziplock bag, I would at least reduce the amount of single-use plastic I use to store my cheese. but the fact that they mold less than twice as fast as in a bag unfortunately makes this storage useless. I hate writing negative reviews, but when something doesn't quite work as it should, I feel compelled to share it. Save your money and just buy more Tupperware.
