I only bought this product based on all the praise from Mac users. However, this product did not work for my MacBook Pro. I have a MacBook Pro 2020. I contacted the manufacturer, they didn't answer me. So I had to return the item. I was very disappointed because I really need a good adapter for my Mac. I also tried this on my iPad 2020 and it didn't work. 8/31/20 I therefore had to retract my original review. I had to return the item. However, the company emailed me about my dissatisfaction and suggested that I repeat their product. Did it after I got it in the mail. In fact, I was pleasantly surprised that a company cares enough about their product to ensure at least one customer is happy. That says a lot about how proud they are of their product. The product works great with my MacBook. I am actually very satisfied with the product and would buy from this company again at any time.
