I like that it's easy for non technical people to use; also how simple everything can be explained in plain english. Also very useful when you're working with other departments who are not familiar with your tools or software. The only downside about this tool is sometimes there isn't enough space at times within the dashboard which makes things difficult especially if you have many tabs open. This helps us track our marketing campaigns across different social media platforms such as Facebook, Twitter etc.
