Delihom Carbon Steel Pan Review

A great set for those of us who take our meals with us/meal prep. It helps to prevent grabbing for plastic ware when there’s nothing else available. They’re sturdy yet lightweight and super easy to clean. The only thing I would point out is that the fork is more on the lines of a spork as the teeth aren’t very long. I absolutely love this. It’s just one step of many to eliminate my carbon footprint on the world.

This a great alternative. a co-worker had a set and it inspired me to purchase my own. I typically bring meals from home to work, and camp, hunt, and want to be more eco friendly. Really great deal!

All really easy to clean. The spoon, the fork, the straw all work great. Only major critique is the knife is kind of dolls so when you’re cutting like a sandwich or really anything it makes for a messy situation. But all the tools are really durable and smooth. The packaging is really nice I really like how it has a hook on the back so I could take it with me to go places and it keeps everything in one area. When I’m looking for one set utensils like this it made all my markers except the knife

I use this set every day. When I close it it's loose enough for me to add my lightweight reusable napkin to the fold. The snap holds nicely but for sustainable reasons only I wish the product had fabric ties for closure. I recommend the product.

The pouch it comes in is very loose and doesn’t hold the utensils in it very good, but the cutlery itself is great Thanks for attention.

Sent back. You are required to install handle yourself. I could not get handle screws installed properly. 😪 Can be difficult to flip food due to weight and handle placement.

Excellent--my only (barely) negative comment is that the snap on the strap that secures the roll when closed is placed too far forward, resulting in a loose roll that will let the utensils come out. That problem I fixed, by sewing on a tough-hold velcro square at the point where the snap should have been placed. Viola!

So I got this for my youngest son who loves all sorts of gadgets like this. It’s not making it to his Christmas stocking. I’ve used it twice already and love it. It’s now mine. Sorry, kid.

I got to see a professional chef cook with this pan and i was impressed. Its like cooking in a iron skillet but its not as heavy as one.

I am a long-time cast iron user. I bought this pan after yet another nonstick pan lost its mojo and I quickly became a fan. It acts very much like a cast iron skillet as far as the nonstick ability of the surface, but it's lighter to handle and heats up far faster. The pan overall has a solid feel to it. Like other reviewers, I used a socket wrench to attach the handle because the included wrench seemed flimsy. I haven't observed any leakage through the joint. I did the first round of seasoning

I wanted something that wasn't plastic or metal, that I could leave at work for eating lunch. I love organic so I wanted to give it a try. The set is bulky, fibrous, and does not last. The fork is almost reminiscent of a large decorative salad serving fork. Not a real utensil that you could stab food and spear and actually eat anything with that you didn't awkwardly scoop. Seasoned it the same way I do cast iron after a couple hours of seasoning I decided to try the egg test . what you do is cook an egg and see if it sticks no she did not stick she slid like a hockey puck easy to flip. This thing is winner winner chicken dinner

Great pan! After seasoning the pan I tested it out by putting a tablespoon of butter in it and cooking 3 eggs. It did not stick.

Great product. The case has a chemical smell. I would recommend the producer look into developing a case that is made of hemp or some other durable natural material but these are great. Everything you need

The product seems durable/easy to clean for now. If anything changes I will edit. My only (small) problem is with the straw. It isn't smooth inside, which means that some of the bamboo husk or whatever you call it comes out. I cleaned most of it out with the included straw cleaner (which is a nice addition to the set, by the way), but there was still a little that came out when I drank from it. Not the end of the world, just kind of icky.

I hardly make bad purchases but this is definitely a bad one! I really dislike the product material. I went based on the reviews but my spoon and fork are very rough and hard to eat, I am afraid I am going to cut my lip or tongue.

I got it cheaper due to missing hardware. Made it work with some screws I had laying around. Tapped threads into handle. Hoping it will seal at screw holes over time.

After seasoning one time, the pan keeps getting better at cooking non stick and easier clean-up. I use low medium heat for eggs and bacon and medium high for steak on a Glass cook top electric stove top

I’ve owned this pan for about a month. It has a sturdy build that gives the feel of durability yet it is easy to handle. Seasoning following the manufacturers instruction is simple and effective. The pan has entered our family kitchen and has immediately become a workhorse. It’s a great value at this price point. I highly recommend!

This pan is well made but when I use it on my glass top range, there is noticeable warping as it heats up. Perhaps this is normal, but it won't sit flat. After it cools off it returns to normal flat bottom. Had I tried it before buying it, I would have passed. Any pans that warp go to the trash or thrift store.
