These pants fit incredibly well! We bought 6 Slim for my very skinny 7 year old. He could wear a 4T on his waist and sit down. but the pants are so tight because he is so tall and thin. They were PERFECT. The quality is exceptional. I can say it will take a while. The length 6 Slim was perfect for my 48 inch son. There is an adjustable strap built into the waist so we could tighten it up a little and it didn't look wrinkled or awkward. The hips and legs are straight and fitted so he doesn't bathe in excess material. Serious. We bought 4 pairs to use as school uniform pants. Then I bought 2 more in the next size, if I can't find them next year. Ideal!
