Review on Ketch by Reg Lin

The best part about this software is how easy it was for our team members who were not technical users at all (they didn't even know what a spreadsheet meant) to learn how to use it.

I dislike that they have changed their pricing structure from last year - now you pay per month instead of per user/per license. We had issues keeping track of which employees where using which licenses, so we could see if any of them violated policy by accessing confidential information or sharing personal emails without approval. Ketch enabled us to keep tabs on everyone's usage and make sure there weren't any violations going on.
