Not sure if I got a used one as the box looked like it had been used before
But I think I have a problem with the unit. Not sure if I need to use one as the box looked like it had been used before. The problem I have with the device is that the battery tells me I'm down to a bar or two even though I've changed the batteries twice and it's still telling me the same battery level. But my favorite is this Godox device I've ever had. Please, the seller would like to receive a replacement for this device. No questions. Love it. Love it. Love it. Highly recommend, it's amazing and very easy to use.
