My daughter LOVES it! She is 6 years old and has HIPS. Not fat, just a family trait. The skirt goes up well. She should wear it for a few years. Very full and fluffy. LARGE elastic waistband. Well done. It's sewn together. Seems impossible to spot unless you check. Couldn't be happier
