Too aggressive but not expensive
We bought these steak knives, they are good quality and very sharp. The downside is that they are too aggressive in their bite. They tend to tear, grab, and tear the flesh as they cut. Now I'm a big fan of serrated knives which are very high quality and very sharp that don't tear but cut meat nicely. They're great for the price, but I'd recommend the classic Shun steak knives.
