Review on TCP Global Portable Masking Machine by Robert Gomatham

Revainrating 4 out of 5

Pretty solid - masking tools and equipment

I have two large TCP maskers in my shop so I decided to buy them for my home paint booth to paint small secondary projects. For the negatives, one of the side feet was drilled back, two M10 roller grip screws were missing, 3 nuts were missing and the instructions were inaccurate so don't use them. I attached the side panel with a drill press; However, I still think it can work if you don't have a drill press. For missing parts I had my own metric nuts and bolts, if you don't have them you can get various kits cheaply. As for the instructions, if you've never built a cloaking station, just post pictures in the reviews. As for the tool itself, I really like it and it works great. When it comes to fairing donors, I wouldn't call that a "cheap" option, so missing parts shouldn't be an issue. I would definitely recommend this if you don't mind spending a little extra build time.
