It provides me with all knowledge about my server infrastructure in an easy to understand manner! I can’t think how much time would have been saved if i had this system when we were looking for our previous hosting package or new servers, it also saves cost as you don't need any third party support packages like Microsoft Team Server etc., which are expensive anyway (I haven;' t tried them so cannot comment). The ability that there is no interface between Windows Servers & SQL database seems weird but perhaps its just because its not something they did at first? There could be some nice features missing from their product too e.g.; user-defined fields instead maybe using tags/categories only - although thats personal preference really?! Overall excellent software however do try out other similar products before deciding upon purchasing your own version otherwise spend more money than necessary!! We used Acknowlege's service called "Server Management" to help us administer various aspects relating back specifically around The product is very intuitive and easy to use. It's a great tool for our organization, it has been able to solve various problems we had with our CRM. I think the interface could be more user friendly. It could be improved by adding some features that would make it easier to work with. We are solving many problems related to our customer relationship management, such as sales follow up, customer support, etc.
