The support team is very proactive, always willing to help and solve any problems that arise during implementation or operation. We have been working with them for about 1 year now and they do not disappoint in terms of customer service. They are also flexible enough to meet our changing needs as we have grown from an initial set of 50 users to over 1000! It provides me with all knowledge about my server infrastructure in an easy to understand manner! I can’t think how much time would have been saved if i had this system when we were looking for our previous hosting package or new servers, it also saves cost as you don't need any third party support packages like Microsoft Team Server etc., which are expensive anyway (I haven;' t tried them so cannot comment).
