The support team is very proactive, always willing to help and solve any problems that arise during implementation or operation. We have been working with them for about 1 year now and they do not disappoint in terms of customer service. They are also flexible enough to meet our changing needs as we have grown from an initial set of 50 users to over 1000! I can't think of anything specific at this time but if you're looking for quality tech support contact these guys. It's easy to get lost within all the different products out there so it helps having someone who knows what they are doing and can guide us through the process. Having a single point of contact has made things easier than before.
