I like that it's easy to use, very organized as well! The user interface could be improved in some areas (for example when you're looking at previous or current employees).

We have been able solve all our employee related problems using this tool; from hiring process management through payroll up until exit interviews/exit surveys - everything can easily done within one application without having multiple tools open simultaneously so we don't waste time switching between different applications anymore which was always something annoying me about other software out there before now..
