A very high-quality product, I take it not for the first time.

Pretty good for a modern tape recorder. Especially good for those who want to get a cassette recorder and not buy old versions, where some kind of repair is likely to be required.
I wanted to order the same one for one person, but for some reason it is no longer on the Sony website. And it is for the 2022. Sony's Japanese site has them, and by the way, they have a small window in the cover of the cassette deck, which is clearly missing in this one. Might have to order from there.

Pros

Brand new branded cassette. The sound is good, but you need to carefully check the azimuth setting, in batches there may be completely untuned, then the cassettes will have a very "rotten" sound. And so with a tuned azimuth, if you connect external large speakers, the sound is very good. Unless the own noise of the tape recorder is noticeable quite strongly. Recording on a cassette is of course the simplest, only a type 1 tape with basic recording level settings.

Cons

The speed of the LPM is slightly overestimated, when listening to a cassette for 30 minutes, the difference with the nominal comes to about 30 seconds. About six months later, the CD player stopped working for no reason, I don’t use it at all, it just worked on the first day, after a long time I tried to turn it on, the discs don’t spin.
