I have a small fan - 1 or 2 amp - and a small bank of LED bulbs that I used in the previous twilight have used. at Dawn Outdoor Fork for several years. The fork was actually old when I started. When the photocell failed in this unit I replaced it with this Dusk Till Dawn timer in The Woods and the Woods timer is a huge disappointment. When I plugged in my little fan and light as soon as night fell and no light was found, Wood's timer turned off my GFCI. I would have no problem running that old timer on the same circuit. I compared my old timer to Woods and the old timer was "only" rated at 8.3A and Woods should be rated at 15A. But with a small fan connected, Woods instantly turns the GFCI off every time, whether in photocell mode or just "on". " This Woods unit has been downgraded to where it will only work with a single LED filament. It's okay. So as long as you keep the load well below the rating, say below 1A, you should be fine. Otherwise, is either the build quality or the design sucks.
