I have Primula. It's in storage and I'm on my way. I decided to get another while I was away, I bought this one to try something different. i will say i hate it. Turning is more difficult than Primula. I suspect you need to actually bring the water to a boil so it doesn't take forever. Coffee water should never boil. It is too hot. Primula, you want the water to be medium heat at best. Boiling this water makes the coffee more bitter. The hole in the base is too small that I can't get my hand in to clean it with a sponge. Either way, the coffee tastes better than a standard coffee maker, that's the only reason I didn't give it a star.
