The laces for adjusting the waist are a bit long, but with a bit of skill and a safety pin I managed to hide them. I ordered the medium and usually wear the small with shirts. I wanted something to wear over a sweater. It fits perfectly. I love it. Much warmer than expected actually. Excellent coat, quality fabric, neatly packaged.
