I love that it has a retractable strap on the back

Very cute I love that it has a retractable strap on the back I brought it for my 18 month old boy Bought big head and looking for the hem to use until it is 3 or 4 years old, the material is very soft, I can describe it as the stuff umbrellas are made of so you can get an idea , very nice and we did it!
