I bought the medium and am a size 4-6. Additional small wraps can be placed high or low (both shown). I also photographed the ones wrapped as tightly as possible and as loosely as possible to show just how versatile this really is. I wear it with a tag on the back as I feel it has a more natural fit. Velcro does NOT rub against the skin. The ribbing goes all the way to the top which is hard to find. It is very breathable compared to the sporty ones you will find. I machine wash them and then lay them out to dry. I used it after my abdominal surgery and it was wonderful! Lying down is more comfortable than sitting as it's so long which is great! Most people who wear this will wear it at home anyway. Just sit back a little and that's great. It's still better than exercise that scratches you every time you sit! If you want it to smooth out your buns before putting on your bathing suit, just wear it for several days in a row. It's not a permanent result, but it smoothes everything out! It is necessary after abdominal surgeries so it was perfect! I was able to move the extra pieces to close the cut EXACTLY!
