These shoes offer excellent cushioning - the feeling of walking on clouds. Please note that these are not minimalist soles. This shoe is not ideal for traction or heavy lifting. They are exactly what they say: hiking boots. I wear 6.5 and ordered 7 and they fit perfectly. They even came with a free pair of socks. I think BEJOYS replaced my BOBs.
