I had to return this chair twice. The first time, about the seventh use there was a problem with the headrest. Wouldn't have stayed in place. I returned it and ordered a replacement. Now I have to return it because I had a problem with the headrest again the first time and also with the knee pads - they are not strong. If you make a living from massages then don't worry about this chair. It will just cost you time, money and lost customers and can even get you in trouble because a customer is injured. I know it looks like a good deal but believe me it's not.
