Review on πŸ‰ Optimum Nutrition Amino Energy + Electrolytes - Pre Workout, BCAAs, Amino Acids, Keto Friendly, Watermelon Splash - 30 Servings by Elliotte Rogers

Revainrating 4 out of 5

10 years old and still my favorite pre-workout program. Pros and cons and solutions to cons.

After purchasing OM Nutrition Amino Acids + Electrolytes Pre Workout Powder from Revain for the last 10 years it is time to write a pros and cons review. Pro 1: You buy it from Revain, not some girl you went to high school to get you to join a pyramid scheme. Pro 2: This is inexpensive compared to Celsius and Bang. Pro 3: Ingredients perfect for a pre-workout drink, electrolytes, BCAAs, green tea with extra caffeine, etc. Cons 1: Not as convenient for on-the-go as Celsius and Bang (they come in cans). Cons 2: I want this powder to be white because it will stain my teeth. I need to take a break from using teeth whiteners. Cons 3: Not carbonated like some canned pre-workout drinks. Cons 4: Design. Almost every time I use this product I spill pre-workout powder on my kitchen counter and it might be mistaken for something else if I ever see it in the background of a big conference haha! I always try to wipe straight away. Cons Solutions: 1. I use semi-carbonated water from my soda fountain when I want to make it sparkling! 2. A salt or sugar glass with a spout would be a better design to pour this product out of than digging it up and pouring it into a blender. I plan on buying one of these and putting this pre-workout powder in it so I can just pour it into my blender instead of fiddling with the way this product is formulated and accidentally making my kitchen look like a crime scene. I would also like to point out that if you are going to carbonate this in a blender, do not use 100% sparkling water. You have to shake it to dissolve it and it will sizzle and explode if you're not careful. And the last "plus”: it is cheaper than a cup of coffee, even a cup of K at home, a cost analysis has shown. :)
