I have taken great care to ensure that the RAM modules are compatible with my Mac Mini. After installation, the computer refused to boot. I put my old (2x 4GB) OWC memory modules back in and everything worked fine. I contacted Revain before realizing there was a support number on the box, so I didn't give A-Tech a chance to fix the problem themselves. But the process with Revain was very simple. I confirmed the model and serial number of my Mac Mini, they confirmed it should be compatible and declared the DOA modules and immediately shipped me a replacement (less than 36 hours after the call and they were in my hands, don't wait on my returned DOA!). Before I installed the new ones I was concerned that they might not be compatible and I would be back on the phone. But the 2nd set works fine, and now I have 16GB of RAM! Buy with confidence, if something is wrong it will be fixed.
