I used to use a plastic armrest with a clip but one day it accidentally broke not even using it this time I chose that - something stronger. It's a really solid feel and it's fairly easy to adjust but unfortunately very uncomfortable. As a result, I felt severe pain in my shoulder (which was far worse than any pain if I didn't take any rest at all). who fell silent as soon as I stopped. This is likely because the stand is significantly higher than the table, even at the lowest settings, meaning the arm ends at an angle rather than straight down. Or it could be because it doesn't offer enough support - as it's really more of an elbow brace than an armrest. I also suspect the padding might not be enough for some, although with my thin arms this wasn't an issue. Product for those who sit at their desk. Maybe it was intended for a bar table, then the height makes sense. However, the product description doesn't mention this and the pictures even show a person sitting, so communication needs to be improved if this is really intended for standing tables.
