Can't rate sleep quality as I'm not sure if these glasses did for me, I have them didn't buy for sleep so didn't check if they help in that aspect. I bought them because for school when I was sitting at the computer for hours staring at the screen and my eyes hurt, my head hurt, I started blinking a lot when I wasn't at the computer. It was terrible. I wanted something I could easily slip over my regular glasses. They fit perfectly. I've been using them for a few months and have felt a huge difference in my health and eyes. It's such a difference that even after 2 minutes on the computer I reach for my glasses because I'm straining without them. They're not the prettiest, but if health is more important than looks, which is the case for me, then I'd highly recommend them to any long-time computer user.
