Large canisters like Isagenix bottles filled with protein powder. The powder didn't quite fit, but it wasn't lacking. The taste is interesting. I mean protein powders, which I can't complain about, but it's a bit difficult to finish the 8 ounces you need to ingest with this stuff. In my opinion it is very sweet and I think it affects the taste of the chocolate. However, since it wasn't made with a whey/milk by-product, it was good for my stomach. Lactose intolerance proves to be a challenge when looking for a protein powder. I don't necessarily like the taste, but sometimes you have to put up with it. Hooray for a healthy body!
