The feature set and promises of this device are amazing, it's a pity the implementation is so bad and worse, the tech support, although responsive, doesn't help. First a USB power adapter is advertised but it only comes with one cable and when I asked for the specs of the power adapter what size/wattage it takes. I got a "rude" reply: just use what you charge your Android phone with (which I don't have). In addition, one of the two HDMI inputs does not transmit a clean signal with a lot of distortion and an unusable picture. Again, tech support is essentially saying this doesn't happen. If one port works, the other should work too, and just wait and see if a firmware update (unannounced) fixes the problem. I'm also disappointed that the device can't be used as a helper for webcam-based sessions like Zoom - you MUST specify a streaming service, and if you're trying to force HDMI via an HDMI-to-USB capture device like El Gato really doesn't work. Unfortunately I've spent too much time getting this to work that I can no longer return the device. It's now a $900 paperweight.
