Leaves damaged hair.
This was quite an unfortunate purchase. I guess everyone saw the good reviews a while ago and then tried it and then went back. It's hard to use in curls due to its shape, I've burned my hand twice, it leaves my hair damaged and frizzy, and I have very soft hair to begin with. Tried it 3 times to be sure but definitely no better than the $15 Harmons iron. Will return.
