I like that it's very customizable for each department in my facility, from employee scheduling all the way down to drug distribution. It helps our organization stay organized. The reporting features are not robust enough yet. Reporting can be tedious when there are many reports to create. In addition, they haven't solved the problem of creating custom reports/reports that would require more work than just selecting filters/criteria. We have been able to track inventory throughout our facilities and keep up with daily changes. This has made my job easier since we are no longer manually going through paper records or using spreadsheets.
