So I don't write many reviews but I feel I have to give credit where it's due - this is a amazing product. I bought this to replace a Samsung printer that basically stopped working properly with my Macs after the latest OS X/Catalina updates. I was a little annoyed about having to buy a brand new printer, but this one was expensive at less than $200. Excellent. Then it arrived today, and oh my god. It is very fast and quiet: not only when printing, but also when scanning or duplexing. The print quality is very good, even on envelopes and other materials that feed through the bottom tray (every other printer I've had, the envelopes come out a bit uneven and crooked). It scans two-sided documents, which means I don't have to resort to weird tricks to scan documents on both sides. The color touchscreen is much easier to navigate than my old printer's setup screen. And all this in a compact package (see photo) and for less than $200. If there's anything I NEED to improve about this printer, I think it would be an increase in paper capacity (but you can add a second media tray, so I'll probably do that and put the white paper in the large tray and the branded letterhead in the smaller tray that comes with it ). I'm sitting here wondering if there's anything else I could change about this printer and I can't really think of anything. the ability to print - if ever there was a printer that got my heart pumping, this is it. I love it.
