Review on Text Request by Ronald Noel

The price point of this product compared to other products in class was what sold me! I have been looking for something that can do text messaging without having someone else pay my bills every month so it's nice being able to keep track myself as well. Sometimes you'll get sent mixed up messages or multiple copies depending who sends them out but overall has worked very smoothly (especially after working through some trial-and-error sessions). My only problem/concern would be getting notifications from customers if their account goes into "do not disturb" mode. If they don't respond by replying then there are no alerts to let us know about any problems until we log back onto our accounts later when everything settles down. Very helpful tracking all sorts of communications internally within companies where people change jobs often.
