First impressions: I've waited a month to write an accurate and honest review of this wig. After unpacking the wig, I took a strand of hair and lit it, the hair turned out to be human as evidenced by the smell and the ash on my fingers. The hair had the usual processed smell, nothing that a couple of washes couldn't get over. I ran my fingers over the wig and nothing fell out. The wig cap is on the smaller side and the velcro is a bit odd too. Overall the wig looked great and was very easy to manipulate. I have never exposed the wig to heat or chemicals and have maintained it by combing it overnight. I have never slept in this wig before. 2-WEEK RENEWAL: This wig keeps shedding and feels stringy and wiry. It looks like kanekalon hair. Worst of all, the wig looks like a dead animal at the back of the head, especially the way it's gathered at the back of the head. I expect there will be some tangling at the back of the head but this wig is on a whole other level with huge knots. Too bad I spent $85 on a wig that lasted two weeks. Please don't make the same mistake I did. If you're looking for a good quality wig that won't break the bank, look elsewhere. This wig is HOT FUNKY MESS!
